Abs

 Hello everyone!

I am obsessed with training abs, so I do abs exercises after every workout. This is not a rule, I just like to do that. If you are tired after workouts and you cannot train your abs at the end of a workout, consider dedicating a separate day for them. This way you can focus more on engaging those abs muscles.
