Arms

Hello guys!

I know that some women don't want big arms, but that's not the case. Don't be afraid of getting too big, because we're not built like men. They have an increased level of testosterone, which helps them build more muscles. 

We need to train all out body parts in order to have a proportional shaped body. But I admit that I don't train my upper body as often as my lower body.
